Shipping Information

General Information

Free standard shipping is offered for all products. Both expedited and priority services are also available as optional delivery services at extra cost.

All products in stock are available to be dispatched on the same day if orders are placed before 12PM on a business day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next available business day. Preorders placed will be dispatched when goods become available. Please be advised that the delivery time is an estimate only, and it is not guaranteed due to delays may occur that are out of IceCube’s control.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification regarding your shipment once the order is dispatched. A tracking number will be included for shipment traceability.

Logistics Delays

Whilst we aim to deliver on time, we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances from both FedEX or UPS. In events of such delays we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Delivery Zones

We ship to street address and PO Boxes within the 48 Contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, US External Islands or Armed Forces Territories.

Undeliverable and Redelivery

If your shipment is undeliverable and returned back to us, a refund will be processed for the order minus a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to redeliver the order, standard shipping fee will apply.

Change of Address

Before the order is processed for dispatch, ensure you have entered the correct shipping details. If you need to change the shipping details, please send email to help@icecuecoolers.com with your Order Number and the new shipping address. However the change is not possible once the order is dispatched. To amend your shipping details after the order is dispatched, you need to contact either FedEX or UPS and follow their instructions to change the address. Please note you will be responsible for any applicable charges.

Order Cancellation and RMA Services

If you wish to cancel your recent order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to help@icecubecoolers.com and quote your Order Number. The cancellation can only be done if the order is not processed for dispatch. If the order is already dispatched, you may decline the delivery from FedEX or UPS. A refund minus 15% stocking fee will be issued once the item has been returned.
