This warranty is given by IceCube Coolers LLC and applies only to products with specified warranty period against defects is expressly stated as given in connection with the products sold.
This warranty and its terms are given to the named purchaser or buyer of the product to which this warranty applies (“you”), and is not transferable to any other person.
- For fridge products - 12 months from the date of purchase;
- For all battery and accessories products - 6 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty will not apply in circumstances where:
- the goods have not been installed, maintained, operated or used in accordance with the owner’s instructions or any other specifications provided with the goods;
- where damage or defects are caused by deliberate or negligent misuse or abuse, physical alteration, fire, liquid spillage, use of incorrect voltage, power surges or dips, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, corrosive conditions or introduction by an insect, pest or other foreign body;
- where damage results from any third services not provided by us;
- where items are lost or stolen; and
- in relation to repairs of batteries, where the batteries have not been used in accordance with specifications.
Our liability under this warranty shall not exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods or the replacement of the goods with the same or a similar product, and expressly excludes any additional or consequential loss or damage suffered by you or any third party to the fullest extent permissible by law.
We offer 30 day returns if you have changed your mind and wish to return new and unopened items within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund minus the return shipping charge.
If you wish to exchange an item, please use the RMA Center for returning the product and store credit will be given minus the return shipping charge. The store credit can be used towards your next purchase.
All warranty claims and returns must be processed through our RMA Center. Do not return or post items before obtaining an authorised RMA number from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted. In order to make a claim, please be prepared to provide us with:
- a valid order number from icecubecoolers.com (any orders outside of icecubecoolers.com or sold by third parties such as from Amazon/eBay are not accepted);
- details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
- photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
- any other details we may need to process your claim.
Refund will be issued back to the origin of the payment. The process usually takes 3-5 business days. Credit card reversals may take longer due to different banking institutions.
